Written by Jonathan
Wednesday, 29 March 2006

TCEP listener Ben kicks off today's topic -- Getting Things Done.  Matt and Jon talk the potential of using the GTD methodology in a team environment.  We also mention a unique fundraising technique courtesy of a TCEP listener, and a little mention of PodShow's DGAP system.  Hmmmm.  Be sure to check the website at cubicleescape.com for blogs, forums and your DGAP... err... Modcast!

Listener Supported

TCEP listener, Ben, broadcasts from Down Under in part two of his Getting Things Done implementation series.  This week Ben talks about open loops and the first step of implementing a GTD system - gathering your open loops.

Business-wide GTD?

Would it be smart to have a system for a business that shares personal responsibilities as well as job-related responsibilities?  If you are in a business situation, should people's personal lives be revealed?  If work is defined as anything cluttering your mind, then shouldn't a manager or decision maker know some of the errands/personal responsibilities in order to make maximize project potential?
